Fwd: Sunny LaGardo's SFO Traiining Tour
Sunny LaGardo, CTG
Hi Greg and thanks for sending this along. Good thing I was going through my junk mail or I would not have seen it. It’s still coming to me from “Roberto”. Why I do not know but I tired of trying to figure it out. Apple says not our problem and guild techs can’t figure it out and says it’s an apple problem. I have missed a few tours because of it so I try to remember to check junk more often.

Timing could be 9-12.  At the information stand just inside BART.

Thank you again.

Good Morning Sunny,

Requisite for understanding Meeting and Greeting at SFO, as well as general familiarization with the airport, Sunny's training session is highly recommended for tourism professionals of every stripe. And as change is a constant at SFO, this is a splendid opportunity for all of us to remain current in our understanding of the airport.

Beyond just Meeting and Greeting, Sunny's training session also exposes one to a myriad of other possibilities at SFO.

For example, our SFTGG Board of Trustees member and published author Christine Miller segued from being a San Francisco hotel concierge and Secretary of the Northern California Concierge  Association to working at the American Express Centurian Lounge at SFO

In Christine's words, following her having attended Sunny's SFO training last January.:

"I now work at the American Express Centurian Lounge at SFO, and so far, it has been a really fantastic change. I think that Sunny's SFO tour really helped open my eyes to the airport. I started paying more attention to it afterwards."

So do take advantage of this once a year opportunity to spiff up your tour guide resume by adding "SFO Expert" to your CV.

Happy Holidays,
