This session, led by Travel Unity's Executive Director Roni Weiss, introduces practical, human-centered approaches to inclusion that help tour directors and guides connect more effectively with diverse participants, foster trust within their groups and teams, and strengthen relationships with the communities they represent.
You’ll leave with tools to create tours that are not only smooth and professional in the moment, but that also leave a lasting, positive impact long for everyone you engage with after the tour ends.
