Effective Tuesday, 6/9/2026, Charter Bus staging at SFO will be permanently relocated from the existing staging area near Long Term Parking to a new staging area at 790 N. McDonnell Rd, behind the Clean Energy CNG station (https://maps.app.goo.gl/EpYvDuha9mv17a7b7). As a reminder, use of courtyards and terminal curbside is for active loading/unloading only; please wait in the staging area for your charter party to be ready before approaching the terminal area.
In addition, for the period from 6/9/2026 through 7/3/2026, eight additional stalls will be available for overflow staging during the FIFA World Cup.
There are no left turns allowed from the new staging lot onto N. McDonnell Rd, and no direct access to San Bruno Ave.
To access the terminals from the new staging lot, turn right from the staging lot, head southbound on N McDonnell Road, and continue onto N Link Rd. From there, follow guide signs to terminals. Please see the attached PDF for more details.
To access Courtyard A from the new staging lot, head southbound on N McDonnell Road, and turn right onto West Underpass. Make a left at South Link Rd and continue to Courtyard A. Please see the attached PDF for more details.
