Guild members Mia Bernt and Nate Booth will talk about the cruise ship business in San Francisco: number of ships, seasonality, cruise lines, kinds of passengers and type of excursions. They will describe the ideal tour guide, one who creates memorable experiences for cruise passengers.

The presentation will last 30 minutes with some time after for Q&A. The session is free and available only to members. There is no need to register.
