The construction on Terminal 1 is essentially complete, so it’s once again possible to walk in a circle between all 4 terminals pre-security. Alaska recently moved from T2 to T1. Also, some United domestic flights use gates in T2, but the check-in counters are still in T3 (United will text these passengers that their flight is from T2, which is confusing).
