I've seen these and never really understood how useful they can be travelling to and from the Presidio. Downtown, they pickup at 50 Beale and California and Davis. From 50 Beale (think bus and BART) to the Presidio Transit Center (Tunnel Tops, etc) takes 25 minutes and ditto the reverse.

This service (formerly the PresidiGo Shuttle) offers everyone free rides to and around the park.

The shuttle has two routes: the Downtown Route and the South Hills Route.

The Downtown Route offers round-trip service between the Presidio Transit Center and downtown San Francisco, with limited stops along the way. It operates seven days a week, running from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends. A few commute time weekday trips on the Downtown Route are only available to Presidio residents and employees who have a Presidio GO Shuttle pass. See the Downtown Route schedule.

The South Hills Route makes stops all around the Presidio. It’s free, available to all, and never requires a Presidio GO Shuttle pass. It operates from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends. See the South Hills Route schedule.

Shuttles are wheelchair-accessible and feature bike racks.
